This is a very no frills guitar with tremendous features and build quality for the amazing low price. Light and comfortable to hold and with two split coil humbuckers, it is also versatile and a pleasure to play. Delivery was super fast and the guitar well packed and protected for shipping, so it arrived in perfect condition set up. Bag and other accessories are very basic but fine if they are all you need and do add value to the package. Very happy with my my purchase.

great value gutiar to have

Just unpacked my Kapock solid body, coil split humbucker electric guitar. It is the fourth Haze guitar that I have purchased. I have a lovely Epiphone Casino but the Haze guitars are becoming my go-to guitars because of their playability and versatility. At nearly a quarter of the price of my Epiphone, each of the different Haze models represents fantastic value for money. I purchased my first Haze because I wanted a cheap guitar that I could use for practice and throw around at rehearsals etc. No longer the case. I am in a financial position to purchase any of the well-known high-end guitars that sell for 20 or 30 times the cost of my Kapock. I've learned that my skill level, my commitment to learning, and my enjoyment of music is not going to be magically improved by having a 'brand' name guitar. In addition, my contact with the Haze staff, in relation to a customer service issue, was an easy and positive process. The staff communicated with me regularly and at no time did I feel that I was being fobbed off. The issue turned out to be a complete misunderstanding (on my part) and I was left feeling very reassured that they take customer service seriously.

RETURNS

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 150 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
