B 325 DIY Solid Okoume body Electric Bass Guitar DIY Kits w/Bonus Picks
These Bass Guitar DIY Kits are a great and fun way to learn about Bass guitar building and customizing. All of the hard work is done. Add your personal touches, and you will have a complete one-of-a-kind guitar. Everything is included to build the Bass guitar. The neck has the truss rod, fingerboard, inlays, frets, and slotted nut already pre-installed. The body is pre-primed for painting.
Mahogany and Okoume are so similar in appearance that it is difficult to distinguish them at a glance, or even on closer inspection. But… Okoume's natural sonic propensity is to emphasize an even fatter, fuller, warmer version of a mahogany-like tone
NOTE: The body has been sealed with a layer of sealer; you may need to sand it down to expose the bare wood underneath. Use coarse grit sandpaper to remove the sealer, and then gradually move to finer grit sandpaper until the surface is smooth and even.

*Please Note, Instructions and Diagrams show a different guitar body shape but are still relevant for this DIY Kit. The wiring, parts and functionality are 100% identical between kits.

I thought it was an easy and straightforward build. I loved the finished look that I got. It sounds a lot better than I thought it would.
I am very impressed with it. Would definitely do an other one.
The postage and delivery was super fast it arrived in less then three business days. I would highly recommend this product and Haze.
Nick was an amazing help!
Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re glad you’re happy with your choice, and Nick was very happy to help. We really appreciate your support!
Just started prepping for stain/finishing. Small dents in top that should come out with an iron. Weeps grain looks awesome. Definitely good enough for a transparent type finish.
Super fast delivery!! Extremely well packaged. Exceptionally well machined parts. All better than 5 stars Will definitely buy again. Thank you!!
Hi
The body was made from a beautiful piece of Mahogany. I simply sanded the sealer off it, gave it 3 coats of scandinavian oil, and then 3 coats of beeswax polish.
The guitar was easy to complete, especially with the quick connect wiring harness and it was no trouble to setup, with good action and nice tones.
At an entry level price, I've got a guitar that plays like a mid range guitar, and looks like a high end guitar.
Thank you so much!
Will definitely buy again!
What an excellent kit!
Cheers
Excellent instrument for the price. Quality exceeded my expectations. Better than most other kits on Ebay. Super fast postage. 10/10.
Wow, incredible postage service, I ordered the item Friday Lunch and it was delivered (interstate) by Monday morning a week out from Christmas. Well packaged, not opened as present but this is the second Haze guitar purchased.
Everything was there as described, well packaged, fast postage thanks.
Arrived quickly and is a great kit. Turned out amazing and has a tasty tone.
