The case is really good quality. I bought it as a tenor banjolele case and it fits perfectly. Shipping was quick. Overall really pleased with my purchase. Would recommend.

Awesome team to talk to and deal with. Instrument arrived in excellent condition in NZ shortly after ordering. Very impressed with the packaging, and speed of delivery.
To my untrained ear (and with positive comments from neighbours to boot) it sounds pretty damn good. Took a while to tune (ended up with Chicago tuning which enables use of guitar chords). Did not appreciate how much heavier it was than a guitar. Am looking for a strap.... need a clip on strap with fixtures already on the banjo.

Chicago tuning is a great choice for guitar players transitioning to banjo, and you're absolutely right—it can be a bit heavier than expected! As for a strap, we can definitely help. This instrument has very good intonation & playability is excellent. The acoustic sound is remarkable for a small body, & the MG-30 preamp makes the guitar sing very well through my Fishman "Loudbox" amplifier.
The addition of extra items such as plectrums, strap, truss rod Allen key, gig bag, guitar strings was a pleasant surprise!

I am very pleased with the purchase and service of the purchase. Regular updates were shared and the product was packaged well so as to protect it through the international delivery.
As for the amp, I am still learning all the functions. It sounds great and comes in a tidy package. I am very impressed with the amps features and the portability is awesome flexibility when moving to a new room in the house, or taking it out to play with others.

Very good value for money. A robust and compact instrument which plays well enough for what I wanted it for, which was to revive my banjo playing after a long break. No real problems as I also play guitar, bass and uke.
My main requirement was to use it to do some folk music and sea shanties and that is fine.

Given the price I was quite pleased with the tone of this harp. The lever quality is low, but this is not surprising given the price. I am rather disappointed that the levers are so badly placed that regulating them needs new screw holes to be drilled for some of them. This appears to vary as the other review indicated theirs were correct.
