First time banjo user

Awesome team to talk to and deal with. Instrument arrived in excellent condition in NZ shortly after ordering. Very impressed with the packaging, and speed of delivery.
To my untrained ear (and with positive comments from neighbours to boot) it sounds pretty damn good. Took a while to tune (ended up with Chicago tuning which enables use of guitar chords). Did not appreciate how much heavier it was than a guitar. Am looking for a strap.... need a clip on strap with fixtures already on the banjo.

12 string Haze Electric / Acoustic guitar

This instrument has very good intonation & playability is excellent. The acoustic sound is remarkable for a small body, & the MG-30 preamp makes the guitar sing very well through my Fishman "Loudbox" amplifier.

The addition of extra items such as plectrums, strap, truss rod Allen key, gig bag, guitar strings was a pleasant surprise!

I am very pleased with the purchase and service of the purchase. Regular updates were shared and the product was packaged well so as to protect it through the international delivery.

As for the amp, I am still learning all the functions. It sounds great and comes in a tidy package. I am very impressed with the amps features and the portability is awesome flexibility when moving to a new room in the house, or taking it out to play with others.
